ご注文のキャンセルについて

キャンセルをご希望の場合はお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
カスタマーセンターが問合せの内容確認の上、確認次第、キャンセル可否をお知らせします。
尚、「キャンセルの確定」は弊社からのご連絡をもって確定となります。
お申込みの時点ではキャンセルをお約束できませんので、ご了承ください。
すでに発送準備もしくは発送が完了している場合はキャンセルできません。

キャンセル手続き後、キャンセルメールをお送りします。メールに記載されたキャンセルの内容をご確認ください。

カスタマーセンターの営業時間外にキャンセルご希望のお問い合わせをいただきました場合につきましては、翌営業日の確認となりますため、確認時点で発送準備～発送後であった場合はキャンセルを承ることはできません。あらかじめご了承ください。

※当店の商品は全て受注生産を中心にお作りしております。ご注文内容を確認後、すぐに制作や資材手配に入る場合があるため、ご注文確定後のキャンセル・内容変更は原則としてお受けできません。

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us through the inquiry form.
Our customer service team will review your request and inform you whether cancellation is possible after confirmation.

Please note that your cancellation is not finalized until you receive a confirmation email from us.Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that your order can be canceled.

Orders that are already in preparation or have been shipped cannot be canceled.
Once your cancellation has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent.
Please review the details in the email to ensure everything is correct.

If you contact us outside of customer service hours, your request will be reviewed on the next business day.

In cases where your order has already entered preparation or shipping by that time, cancellation will not be possible.
We appreciate your understanding.

Please note: Most of our products are made to order.
Production or material preparation may begin immediately after the order is confirmed.
Therefore, cancellations or order changes cannot be accepted once confirmation is complete.
